Our wine card consists of many labels, although it is almost certain that we have more on target or under the counter to introduce.
The card is the result of a very hard, torturous work of sniffing, tasting, rinsing, drinking and often.... ehh, I dread to write about it.
In any case, the selection was created with great respect for the classics of the genre. There are wines from the old world, quite a few from the new world that has come of age, and more and more from the newest, which in our case is the native Polish terroir.
Polish winemakers have nothing to be ashamed of. They are not afraid to reach for Pinot Noir vines from Champagne and make outstanding wine using the classic method, or to take strains closer to our climate like Solaris or Johanniter and create exceptional labels from them.
